I booked through John (Mr. Potlight) for a big job in our home as we needed over 50 potlights and a few other electrical needs. His team, led by Mohamed with two others, showed up on time and on the day we needed them. They did a fantastic job cutting through the drywall leaving little mess whatsoever. They made all the lights look straight and I was thankful for Mohamed to help with the design in where the lights should go. They worked efficiently and got the job done in about 5 hours. The price was right and very happy we went through them. It was a nice crew and we have great lights throughout the home.

After discovering that a number of our older halogen potlights were starting to fail (some with wiring issues) , I did some research into installers and settled with John and Mr. Potlight. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries and made recommendations for potlight replacement. Estimate provided was very reasonable, they're licensed electricians, and they clearly had a long track record of satisfied customers.On installation day, the team arrived as planned. Before starting they reconfirmed the job scope and pricing which aligned with my expectations. They were very respectful and careful around my furnishings and ensured drop-clothes to catch any debris. You could tell the team was very proficient with almost an "assembly-line" process for removal of old lighting housing and installation of new adjustable colour LED units. When the job was completed, they confirmed I was happy with the result and carefully cleaned up leaving nothing behind. The bill was exactly as promised and the job was completed in seemingly record time. I'm quite pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Mr. Potlight to others.

I got John's name, the owner of Mr. Potlight from my real estate agent and so happy this referral worked out, as I couldn't bear to live with the square brass builders lights any longer! John was prompt with his replies and very professional before the installation day. His crew were great, showed up promptly at 8am and installed eight pot lights in just over an hour. The job was done cleanly and the two crew members who showed up were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated how little mess there was! They even had a contraption on the end of their drill when making the ceiling holes wider to collect dust. I was very impressed with the job overall and the price, as it was fair and negotiable. I would definitely hire Mr. Potlight again!

These guys were amazing. Arrived at 9am and finished quickly before 12pm - very efficient doing almost our whole house. If they encountered any issues when installing, we didn't know because they problem solved how to address it. Pricing was very fair. Wish we would have installed pot lights sooner because it completely transforms the house. Very pleased and would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Mr.Potlight ! We called for a quotation and had installers in 3 days later. 59 potlights and 9 replacements + dimmers and new switches all installed in less than 6 hours (which included a lunch break for the heard working crew). I used them for two different projects. First was the installation of many pot lights and the second was to install a few chandeliers. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the work was exceptional. Didn't leave any damage or marks and they were also very quick to complete the job. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects, I highly recommend them!

Incredible service and great price. I sent an email request for a quote and within an hour I had a response. 24 hours later they came and within 2.5 hours they were done the job. Finding good trades is so hard to find these days, but these guys are truly the best in the business. If you are looking to install pot lights at a great price with a high-quality product and great customer service you can’t beat Mr. Potlight. 10/10!

Mr Potlight quoted a competitive price on 8 potlights in the living room of our older home (plaster walls), and claimed it could be done in 2hrs.I was pleasantly surprised that John completed the installation and cleaned up in just under two hours. We’re very happy with the install (it has really brightened up the room, and makes the space feel bigger), and would recommend Mr Potlight to anyone considering installing potlights in their home.

Highly recommend! John and his team were punctual, professional and did an amazing job in our living room installing 9 pot lights in perfect position. Dimmer works beautifully. There was a small hole in the wall to thread wires that they patched themselves, just have to paint over it. He was a timely and clear communicator which has been my #1 problem with other electricians/Contractor in the past. He's very knowledgeable about his craft and I can tell he cares. We just had this work done and what a difference in the look of the ceiling and the light quality. On time the two gents arrived and went to work after a quick review of the task at hand .The gents were extremely friendly, professions skilled electricians.This project consisted of the replacement of the the old MR-16 pot lights 50 in total to the new led lights. Part way thru the the owner showed up (John) this was a Friday afternoon John rolled up his sleeves and got to work so his guys could leave early for the weekend.The crew covered the work area with plastic and make sure they cleaned as they moved thru the house. This was done with military precision. I was very impressed with Mr Pot Light!Hence this is why I am sharing my experience with the google review.From my initial contact to the completion of the job the this was top drawer first class operation.I have no problem recommending Mr Pot Light the price is a great deal and the workmanship is 10 out of 10I took some photos of the day some before, during and after the installation.
